About the role
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Administrator to manage and optimize our CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, and deployment processes for a project utilizing Microsoft Azure, .NET, and Databricks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, automation, monitoring, and security best practices to ensure smooth deployment and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources
- Balance cost and performance - log changes and monitor for impact on cost and performance / data latency
- Controlling COSMOS RU settings (prod).
- Dropping delta tables (prod).
- Access Control: Determining and managing who can access the source systems, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to sensitive data and resources.
- Manage the configuration for FTP, SFTP Servers
- Configure Databricks clusters
- Should be able to configure ADO pipeline, branches etc.
- Should be able to address JENKINS pipeline issues.
- Should have working experience in YAML files, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, ARM templates).
- Experience with Azure resources such as setting up Azure Kubernetes, Azure Front Door, Application Gateway, Logic Apps, Function Apps.
- Experience in working with infrastructure and networking such as VNet, Private Endpoint configurations, Security Updates, Key vault configurations etc.,
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Azure Application Insights)

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Effective time management and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or Azure Administrator Associate.
- Experience with real-time data processing and streaming in Azure Databricks.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
- Exposure to .NET application development and deployment.
