Job Description:
Job Summary
A Lead Business Analyst is responsible for the analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Candidate should work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements. Create detailed and clear documentation, such as business requirements documents (BRD), functional specifications, use cases, and user stories. Maintain and update documentation as changes occur throughout the project lifecycle. Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Collaborate with the development team to design and document effective solutions. Ensure that testing aligns with business requirements.
Good communication skills and the ability to communicate complex issues in a simple understandable way are a must. This position will attend client and internal meetings to gather and refine customer requirements and have the ability to translate those requirements into configurations customized specifically to that client. The Candidate must have the ability to respond quickly to issues reported and develop plans to resolve those problems. Due to implementations and resources in multiple GEOS, candidate will occasionally be requested to participate in sessions outside of normal working hours. Duties include leading and managing the team. Other tasks include providing guidance, mentorship, and support to team members. Candidate should collaborate with teams and supports emerging technologies to ensure effective communication and achievement of objectives. This position provides knowledge and support for applications development, integration, and maintenance. Candidate should provide input to department and project teams on decisions supporting projects
Additional details:
- Good experience on Warehouse Management System.
- Good knowledge of Supply Chain Management Business.
- Experience with full Systems Development Life Cycle and ability to do Business Process reengineering.
- Must be a team player with the ability to work independently as well as part of a Global team.
- Must be flexible, adaptable and ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a demanding work environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Good understanding and experience on any one of the market WMS Products like Soften WMS, Manhattan WMS, JDA/Blue yonder is a must.
- Experience in working on Warehouse Automation is a must.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in WMS/Supply chain.
- Experience working on Agile Development Methodology
- Self-Motivated Learner
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Solid analytical, negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree and/or master’s degree in computer science or related discipline or the equivalent in education and work experience
